Use this section to see how the ACE Programme connects with the engineering and manufacturing sector companies, including the Isle of Man Aerospace Cluster (IOMAC).

The ACE Programme is only successful through the active involvement and financial support of many organisations, both inside and outside the engineering and manufacturing sector. The ACE steering team is extremely grateful to the people and organisations that provide this voluntary support.

The Programme could not survive without such support and is always seeking new supporters who want to contribute to a cause that enhances the education of our young people and helps to provide employment and skills to contribute to the growth of the Isle of Man economy.

If you'd like to get involved, then please contact the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector Skills Champion (use link here for contact details).

The ACE Programme is also linked into the activities of the island's Aerospace Cluster (use the link here for more information about the Aerospace Cluster) but essentially a working gathering of aerospace engineering companies here on our island, to ensure that the Programme continues to meet its needs. The Cluster has been involved in projects such as the purchase and installation of a vertical milling machine in Castle Rushen High School as part of developing the schools design & technology course offering.
